      The Bucket Elevator is characterized by its small size, good sealing, large transport volume, and low power consumption. It is an efficient conveying machine. Centrifugal unloading and extraction loading can be used in two directions. The Bucket Elevator is suitable for vertical transport of powdered, granular non-abrasive materials, and is suitable for transportation of malt, rice, and starch in the grain industry, feed industry, and beer industry.

Ⅰ  Working Principles

      The Bucket Elevator uses the motor deceleration device to drive the head wheel of the elevator to rotate, thus driving the bucket belt to rotate together. Fixed on the bucket belt, the bucket cycle runs so that the bottom malt/rice is raised to a high ground through the bucket.

Ⅱ  Performance Characteristics

      1) Low power consumption, small external size, conveying stability, unloading malt/rice clear, materials unloading malt/rice by means of centrifugal and gravity combination to reduce the impact of the malt//rice and the bucket, so that the malt/rice fragmentation rate is reduced, material reflux is less;

        2)The friction part of the outlet is equipped with removable wear resistant lining to improve the service life of the bucket;

        3)Adopt the infeed method in both directions, and the head wheel is equipped with a reverse device to prevent reversal;

        4) Equipped with running bias, stall, anti-blocking alarm device;

        5) Use the ultra-high molecular polyethylene plastic bucket that does not rust, low noise, wear resistance, anti-static, so that malt and rice breakage rate is low.
